A fitness assessment is a chance for you to meet your trainer, Bonnie and a chance for your trainer to assess your movement and range of motion through your body so that your trainer can best design a program specifically for you.
Yes! If you are a mom or a cancer survivor for less than one year, it is recommended that you have the all clear from your doctor for exercise.
All you need is clothes you can sweat and move in, a towel, and a water bottle. If you are coming to Lift With Moms, bring your baby and their stroller with all their neccessities.
Yes! The Lift With Moms sessions are designed so you can spend time and get fit with your baby.

Yes! We use the Everfit app to track your progress, workouts, and daily habits to help hold you accountable in order to reach your goals. Please see Everfit's Data Processing Agreement for more information.
